JUNIOR EVENTS
TEAM CHALLENGE
Team challenge's are fun tournaments designed to introduce junior tennis players to competition.
These will take place at the end of each half term during squad time. Players will compete in small teams where every point counts! Win lose or draw all players receive a sticker and certificate.
TEAM CHALLENGE FESTIVALS
Team Challenge Festivals will take place on the weekends at the end of each term. Very similar to above but with bigger teams and more time to play!
YOUTH MATCHPLAY TOUR
Players will have the opportunity to put all the skills that they have learnt into a full singles match situation!
These Grade 6 Match Play events will be hosted by Le Tennis venues and associate clubs. All matches will count towards a players LTA World Tennis Number (rating).
There will be a Le Tennis Youth Matchplay Tour Leaderboard where players collect points from the multiple events throughout the tour. As well as the Tour winner and runner-up getting prizes, so will the winner and runner-up of each event. All players receiving a certificate for participating.
TENNIS SUSSEX NATIONAL LEAGUE
This team tennis event caters for all juniors from 8 & under - 18 & under. The players get to represent the tennis club as a team and compete in singles and doubles matches against similar level clubs within Sussex.
ADULT EVENTS
PREMIER TEAM
EVENT
This annual event involves the top 16 players dividing into 4 teams, each captained by a Le Tennis Coach, for a day of fun (but usually very competitive) singles and doubles matches!
MATCHPLAY
SQUADS
Doubles and Singles Matchplay opportunities to cater for all levels of play.
These squads will give players the opportunity to learn new technical skills and develop their singles and doubles matchplay skills
CLUB TEAMS
Maresfield LTC, Newick LTC and Groombridge TC have club teams which you can participate in if you are a member of their tennis club. These can be doubles or singles team matches.
The leagues are a variety of levels and include The Horam League, The Weald League, The Sussex League, Tennis Sussex National League and National League - Regional.
