STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING
Our S&C programme aims to develop knowledgeable, strong athletes using our Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) model. This is centred around building robust physical foundations that will create a holistic athlete and an educated young adult that is fit for life. Having awareness of the fundamentals for sport and athletic movement allows the individuals to participate in tennis at their highest physical capacity, benefitting everyone from grass roots all the way to elite level Tennis. Le Tennis prides itself on the close working relationship of the technical and physical coaches to create player-specific programmes.
The goal is for our players is to understand the importance of being an athlete both on and off the court!
Nick Miles from BODY + EARTH provides body massage therapies which are a full body treatment that combines deep tissue work and relaxation techniques. With Nick, athletes can focus on repairing and rejuvenating their bodies to enable progress in their sport and everyday life
